SDSU's Feer Wins Kicking Job: Wes Feer has won the job as San Diego State's placekicker, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

| San Diego State barely used its kicking game last season, but that could just be because Abelardo Perez struggled so mightily. Perez attempted 15 field goals and made only six of them in 2011 (40 percent), not exactly posting the efficiency that most coaches want to see in their kicker. He did, however, attempt 49 extra points. With transfers Ryan Katz and Brice Butler adding firepower to the San Diego State offense, Wes Feer should have a decent number of opportunities, at least.
