Who? This is exactly the question everyone is asking themselves as Jaquise Cook was a virtual unknown, until mentioned by Fuente. We fully expect Jerrell Rhodes (undisclosed) and Jai Steib (knee) to reclaim their places atop the depth chart by the end of camp. Until then, Cook holds minimal fantasy value.
