RB Binns Cited For Fifth-Degree Theft At Local Department Store
News:Marcus Binns was cited by Coralville (Iowa) police last Friday after allegedly changing the price tag on a shirt to a lower value at a Dillard's department store, Eastern Iowa News Now reports.
Analysis:Marcus Binns was not arrested for the alleged crime, but instead signed a complaint and was released, as is common for such a charge. The complaint says Binns is to appear at the Johnson County Courthouse on Aug. 1. A former walk-on, the sophomore tailback isn't counted among Iowa's current two-deep, but is only one of six Hawkeye running backs still with the team.
