Watford remains the wildcard here, and has the highest upside, but the extra reps will determine whether or not he redshirts this season. It's becoming clear Rocco will be the starter, and as long as he gets a chance to establish himself, he'll be a serviceable ACC quarterback. This is good news for Kris Burd and Tim Smith.
