News:Essray Taliaferro rushed for 130 yards on 27 carries with one touchdown and caught three passes for 50 yards at East Carolina on Saturday.
Analysis: In only his second game of serious carries, Essray Taliaferro showed he can carry the load for Marshall and potentially be their lead back going into 2013. He a junior in an underclassmen filled backfield, so seeing him emerge the starter in 2013 as a senior is a very real possibility.
