Gray arrived in Murfreesboro this summer and wasted no time in getting connected with quarterback Logan Kilgore. Kilgore had nothing but praise for the newcomer saying, "He's kind of a hybrid receiver. He's not a burner, but he's really quick, has good hands and can make people miss."
Analysis: Gray is one of the bigger bodied receivers that the Blue Raiders have and could provide a nice vertical threat. While the receiving corps is loaded with speedy threats, none has stepped up as a consistent target.

With Jeff Murphy also seeing action in the game with 13 passing attempts, it will be tough to recommend either quarterback while Dwight Dasher is serving his suspension. Middle Tennessee State travels to Louisiana-Lafayette next week.
