News: Junior college transfer Philander Moore played with Cam Newton at Blinn College and while he may not make the impact that Newton made for Auburn, he is certain to add a healthy dose of speed to the Rebels. Moore spent time this spring working at inside and outside receiver as well as in the return game and even in some running back situations.
Analysis: The Rebels have been hitting the recruiting trail hard for wide receivers after bagging five of them in the 2011 recruiting class. Moore should have an immediate impact with Nickolas Brassell, Donte Moncrief, and Tobias Singleton ones to watch as well.
