Analysis: Through three games Darrin Reaves is averaging 43.3 yards per game rushing with no touchdowns on the season. As UAB's schedule starts to soften, Reaves' numbers should go up. However it might not happen this coming Saturday as Tulsa's run defense has allowed a C-USA low 3.32 yards per carry this season.

Analysis: Look up zero in the dictionary and you'll see a photo of the UAB run game as they rushed the ball 42 times as a team and only came up with 27 yards. At Ohio State, none of the UAB RBs have any fantasy value.
News:Darrin Reaves rushed for a team high 48 yards on 11 carries and caught two passes for eight yards against Troy.
Analysis: He split carries with QB Johnathan Perry and RB Dontavius Jackson as the run game was slow to get on track for UAB. Until he has the majority of carries all to himself, Darrin Reaves doesn't hold much fantasy value.
News: UAB is likely to start camp and possibly the season with a committee at RB, the Birmingham News reports.
Analysis:Darrin Reaves joins Greg Franklin, Bashr Coles, and Dontavius Jackson in what is likely to be a RB by committee situation that will drain all of their fantasy values. Fantasy owners should stay away from this situation until further notice.

Analysis: The pair combined for 147 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns in the team’s 34-31 win over Southern Miss last Thursday. Both should find the end zone against FAU this weekend, but we would recommend Franklin a bit more.
News: Running back Darrin Reaves had a solid game for UAB, rushing for 62 yards and a score against USM.
Analysis: Despite the solid stats and a plus matchup against FAU next weekend, he is bench material at best.

Analysis: If Pat Shed misses another game, he may be worth a hail mary flier next week against Memphis.
News:Pat Shed, who has missed the last two games with a knee injury, was not listed on the Oct. 29 team depth chart that was included in the weekly game notes for the Nov. 5 game against Houston.
Analysis: What a disappointing year for one of the best dual-threat backs in the country. Darrin Reaves will continue to start in place.

Analysis: Shed hurt his left knee late in the first half of the loss at Tulsa on October 15. Darrin Reaves will likely get the majority of carries, but should not be played in any format.
News: Running back Pat Shed missed the UAB win over UCF with a knee injury suffered in a game against Tulsa. It is unclear how long Shed will be out.
