News:Jeremy Hill was suspended indefinitely from the LSU football program on Monday after battery charges he incurred Saturday morning outside of a Baton Rouge bar, The Times-Picayune reports.
Analysis: This is Jeremy Hill's second arrest and suspension while being a member of the LSU football program. It remains to be seen if Hill, who is the team's leading rusher with 755 yards and 12 touchdowns last season, will get another shot with the program.
News:Jeremy Hill was arrested Saturday on a charge of simple battery, the Associated Press reports.
Analysis:Jeremy Hill was already on probation due to a 2011 arrest, so this could be a problem. LSU was set to depend heavily on Hill with the departures of Spencer Ware and Michael Ford, but a suspension could await.
News:Jeremy Hill ran for 77 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries against Arkansas on Friday.
Analysis: In 10 games this year the bruising Jeremy Hill ran for 631 yards and 10 touchdowns on 130 carries. He figures to head into 2013 as LSU's top runner, though the team's depth at the position will probably limit his upside.
News:Jeremy Hill ran for 77 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries against Mississippi on Saturday.
Analysis:Jeremy Hill has been one of the best fantasy backs in the nation over the last five weeks, scoring seven touchdowns in that span and going over 100 yards on the ground three times. He's an RB1 in SEC-only leagues, and a good flex option in most other formats.
News:Jeremy Hill ran for 48 yards on 15 carries against Mississippi State on Saturday.
Analysis: No other LSU running back had more than five carries in the game, which makes it appear as if Jeremy Hill has the starting job locked down. He's a must-start in SEC-only leagues against Mississippi.
News:Jeremy Hill ran for 107 yards and a touchdown on 29 carries against Alabama on Saturday.
Analysis: Kenny Jeremy Hilliard, Spencer Ware and Michael Ford have all led the LSU backfield at various points only to disappear, so Hill is liable to do the same, but he looks to be pulling away from the pack right now. He has 107 or more yards and a score in three straight games despite playing South Carolina, Texas A&M and Alabama.
News:Jeremy Hill ran for 127 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries against Texas A&M on Saturday.
Analysis: For the second week in a row Jeremy Hill provided LSU with the game-winning score on a long run, this time a 47-yard touchdown. Hill is red hot right now and worth starting in SEC-only leagues, but like Spencer Ware, Michael Ford and Kenny Hilliard all did before him, Hill is a threat to disappear for no reason, too, due to LSU's incredible running back depth.
News:Jeremy Hill ran for 124 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries against South Carolina on Saturday.
Analysis: As if the LSU backfield wasn't already blurry enough, possessing top talents like Alfred Blue (knee), Kenny Jeremy Hilliard, Spencer Ware and Michael Ford, here comes Hill to make it somehow even more confusing. We can't recommend adding any of these runners outside of SEC-only leagues, because they negate the fantasy value of each other.
