Analysis:Christian Powell was about the only thing going for Colorado on offense Saturday, with the Buffaloes totaling just 141 yards on that side of the ball against Washington. Expect very similar production next week at home against Utah.

Analysis:Christian Powell earned his third 100+ yard rushing performance of the season in Saturday's contest, but still remains far too inconsistent a fantasy producer to warrant a start by owners now deep into their respective league playoffs.

Analysis:Christian Powell earned his second 100-yard rushing game of the year Saturday against the Ducks, breaking a number of long gains along the way. Clearly, the freshman is the Buffaloes most competent producer on the ground, but whether he'll continue to be favored as Colorado's main weapon at tailback moving forward remains to be seen.
Colorado's Powell Leads All Rushers w/ 56 Yards v. USC
News:Christian Powell carried 14 times for 56 yards Saturday as Colorado was routed by USC 50-6 on the road in Los Angeles.
Analysis: Saturday's performance on the ground was Christian Powell's best since posting 66 yards on 16 carries on Sept. 22 at Washington State, but still leaves the freshman having totaled just 200 yards and no touchdowns on 54 carries over the span of his last four starts.

Analysis:Christian Powell hasn't played Since Sep. 29 against UCLA, but it sounds like the freshman will be able to start against USC.

Analysis: As quickly as Christian Powell ascended in Week Two's loss to Sacramento State, so too did he fall in Weeks Three through Five. Sadly enough, he still remains the Buffaloes' top rusher with 69 carries for 294 yards and three touchdowns.

Analysis:Christian Powell looked like a sure thing after rushing for 147 yards and three touchdowns against Sacramento State in Week Two, but since then, has combined for just 115 yards on 33 carries and seen no additional trips to the end zone.
Colorado's Powell Flops After Stellar Week Two Performance
News:Christian Powell finished Colorado's second-best rusher Saturday as Colorado fell to Fresno State 69-14 on the road, taking 17 carries for 49 yards.
Analysis:Christian Powell saw the largest number of carries in Saturday's loss to the Bulldogs (17), but ended up being outproduced by junior Josh Ford, who took 10 carries for 61 yards and a touchdown.
