Redskins make roster moves: The Redskins have placed safety Reed Doughty on injured reserve, officially ending his season. Also Wednesday, the team signed running back P.J. Hill and cornerback Marcus McCauley. Doughty sustained a high ankle sprain after making his first career interception last week. Hill was signed off the Eagles practice squad. McCauley has been with the New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings in his three NFL seasons. He was cut last week by the Saints.
