|Lions to have most of their injured players Week 3 |
|by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com|
(9/21/14) The Lions will have most of their injured players available Week 3 against the Packers.
Ezekiel Ansah, Nick Fairley and George Johnson may have entered the week as questionable, but all three are active. The team will also have Joique Bell and Don Carey. Bell and Carey were listed as probable, so that shouldn't come as a surprise.
|Lions list seven from defense on injury report |
|by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com|
(9/19/14) The Lions defense is likely to be a bit shorthanded for Week 3 against the Packers, with three players expected to miss Sunday's game due to injuries.
Linebacker Travis Lewis (quadriceps) and defensive back Cassius Vaughn (ankle) have been ruled out for Sunday's game, while safety James Ihedigbo (neck) is doubtful and seems likely to miss the game.
Additionally, defensive linemen Ezekiel Ansah (knee), Nick Fairley (biceps) and George Johnson (groin) are considered questionable for the game, while safety Don Carey (hamstring) is probable.
