(6/10/14) Broncos general manager John Elway said Nate Irving is doing well in his move to starting middle linebacker, reports the Denver Post.
"Nate's doing fine, but middle linebacker — you've got to get the pads on," Elway said. "I still expect Nate to do a good job there. He's smart and understands the defense."

(12/8/13) Broncos LB Nate Irving is questionable to return Week 14 against the Titans.
Irving suffered a concussion, and is being evaluated. He made a tackle on the first play of the game, and has not recorded any stats since the opening kickoff.

(11/17/13) The Broncos listed seven players as inactive for Sunday night's game vs. the Chiefs: cornerback Champ Bailey (foot), quarterback Zac Dysert, running back Ronnie Hillman, cornerback Tony Carter, center J.D. Walton (ankle), linebacker Nate Irving (shoulder) and guard Chris Kuper (ankle).
Bailey has played just two games all season.
