Harbaugh: Crabtree's hands best I've seen: 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh told KNBR-AM in San Francisco that Michael Crabtree's hands are "the best hands I've ever seen on a wide receiver." Crabtree had a successful campaign with career highs in catches (72) and yards (874) last year but scored just four touchdowns and had only four games with double digits in Fantasy points (standard scoring).

Fantasy Analysis
High praise from Harbaugh, who played with Marvin Harrison in Indianapolis and coached Jerry Rice and Tim Brown in Oakland. And let's not forget that Harbaugh added two other receivers via free agency and another in the draft. So while the compliment sounds like high praise, and while Crabtree did make some excellent catches during the regular season, let's not run out and name him the next Roddy White. Crabtree will fight for targets in San Francisco, especially if new Niner Randy Moss (who has some decent hands himself) plays as well as he's hinted at in offseason workouts. He should be viewed as a low-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in the majority of leagues with an emphasis of him being that valuable in a PPR format compared to a standard format. Plan on drafting Crabtree with a mid-round pick in all formats.
