(11/2/13) Seahawks OT Russell Okung returned to practice Saturday, NFL.com reports. Okung was placed on injured reserve as designated to return and now has a three-week window to reutrn to action.

(10/30/13) Seahawks left tackle Russell Okung, who's on short-term injured reserve with a foot injury, could return to practice Friday, coach Pete Carroll told 710 ESPN Seattle. Okung is eligible to play again Week 11 vs. Minnesota.

(9/21/13) Seahawks coach Pete Carroll confirmed Friday that the team placed left tackle Russell Okung on injured reserve/designated for return because of a torn ligament in his left big toe. Okung suffered the injury early into last week's game against the 49ers. He will be eligible to return as early as Week 11 against the Vikings.
"It's a six-to-eight week injury, and hopefully that will all work out right for us," Carroll said, per the team's official website. "He's determined. He's kind of excited about the fact that he has chance to get back this season, as we are as well."

(9/19/13) Seahawks left tackle Russell Okung will visit with Dr. James Andrews this week to get a second opinion on his injured toe, reports CBSSports.com NFL Insider Jason La Canfora. Okung has already been ruled out for Week 3 vs. Jacksonville.
NFL.com reports Okung will meet with foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson to have his ailing toe evaluated.
