Weems gets into act on MNF: Falcons wideout Eric Weems got going late in the Week 16 Monday night loss at New Orleans. Weems finished the game with three catches for 33 yards and most of that came with the Falcons scrambling late to score. Weems was targeted four times in the game by QB Matt Ryan.
