Reisner surfaces in Jacksonville: The Jaguars claimed tight end Allen Reisner off waivers Monday and added him to the active roster. Reisner, who was released by the Vikings last week, will occupy the roster spot vacated by running back Rashad Jennings, who was placed on season-ending injured reserve.
