Fantasy Analysis
The interception was only Thomas' second of the year, but he's usually a pretty good tackler for a defensive back. Treat him as a No. 2 or 3 DB in Fantasy IDP leagues. (Updated 12/18/2011).
05/25/2012 19:46 Seahawks nearly experience multi-player brawl
Seattle receiver Ben Obomanu and rookie cornerback Jeremy Lane were nearly involved in a brawl during practice that safety Earl Thomas and receivers Mike Williams and Doug Baldwin soon joined.
Earl Thomas looks like the real deal for Fantasy owners in IDP leagues. He has played well each of his first two seasons with 174 tackles, seven interceptions and two fumble recoveries. He should be considered a No. 2 defensive back in IDP leagues this season, and he is worth drafting with a middle- to late-round pick. Look for Thomas to again be a star in Seattle's secondary.
