Hall let go by Arizona: The Cardinals announced on Wednesday that they signed free agent QB Brodie Croyle to an undisclosed contract. To make room for him on the roster, the team waived-injured second-year QB Max Hall (shoulder). The BYU product will be placed on the injured reserve should he clear waivers. (Updated 08/25/2011)

Fantasy Analysis
Hall had a tough rookie campaign, playing in six games and starting three on the way to a 35.7 QB rating. He completed 39 of 78 passes for 370 yards and one touchdown against six interceptions. Hall then injured his shoulder somewhat severely as he did last season, so the team let him go. Fantasy owners should keep an eye on where he ends up, thoguh the injury may keep him out for all of 2011. Hall is not worth a pick in any format on Draft Day. (Updated 08/25/2011).
