Bengals notch two sacks, two interceptions in blowout win
|by R.J. White | CBSSports.com|
|(9/21/14) The Bengals defense dominated the Titans Sunday, racking up two sacks and two interceptions in the team's 33-7 Week 3 win.
Cincinnati was pitching a shutout before the Titans managed a fourth-quarter score after falling behind 33-0. The Bengals defense also notched a safety after the Titans were called for a penalty in their own end zone. Defensive end Carlos Dunlap had six tackles and one of the team's sacks, giving him three straight games with a sack to open the season. Rookie cornerback Darqueze Dennard recorded the other sack. Defensive end Robert Geathers and safety Reggie Nelson both notched their first interceptions of the season in the win. The Bengals should face a much tougher test after a Week 4 bye when they travel to New England.

|by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com|
|(9/19/14) The Bengals have ruled out wide receiver Marvin Jones for the Sunday game against Tennessee with a foot injury that has prevented him from playing in either of the first two games. He is the lone certain scratch listed on the Friday injury report.
Several players have been deemed doubtful, however, including linebacker Vontaze Burfict (concussion), running back Rex Burkhead (knee), linebacker Sean Porter (hamstring), defensive tackle Brandon Thompson (knee) and guard Kevin Zeitler (calf).
Defensive end Carlos Dunlap (knee), offensive lineman Mike Pollak (knee), tackle Andrew Whitworth (knee) and safety Shawn Williams (groin) are all listed as probable.
Carlos Dunlap gets another sack
|by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer|
|(9/14/14) Bengals defensive lineman Carlos Dunlap recorded his second sack in as many games Week 2 against Atlanta. He also had two tackles, including one solo.
Dunlap had 7 1/2 sacks for the Bengals last season.
|Michael Johnson might have been the one who left Cincy to get paid, and Geno Atkins might be the Bengal who gets the most pub, but Carlos Dunlap might be their best defensive lineman for Fantasy purposes. He finished as a Top 15 DL for the second straight year and has managed to keep posting fine tackle numbers to go with sack production and forced fumbles among other stats. And the Bengals really need him to step up this season as an every-down player. That should further improve his numbers. Call Dunlap a No. 2 Fantasy DL worth a pick in the middle-to-late rounds.
