Collie gets new quarterback: In what should be a surprise to no one, the Colts drafted Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. That means receiver Austin Collie will have a new passer this year.

Fantasy Analysis
This addition should help Collie, who struggled in 2011 with Peyton Manning (neck) out. Manning is now gone, and Luck will realize that throwing in Collie's direction is a good thing. While Collie may never up to his potential prior to the concussion problems he suffered in 2010, having Luck as his quarterback should improve his outlook. We consider Collie a low-end Fantasy option in all leagues worthy of a late-round pick. If he can play 16 games with Luck then his value should rise dramatically, and he should definitely outperform his draft value.
