(4/22/14) Bears defensive end-turned-linebacker Shea McClellin has lost 11 pounds while working with well known trainer Scot Prohaska in California this offseason. He's shed eight percent of body fat and has cut down his 40-yard dash time from 4.74 to 4.5 seconds.
"I think you're going to see a guy that consistently makes plays when he's in there to a point where you say, 'Wow, he's there. He's making plays, doing his job and showing a few flashes of spectacular,'" Prohaska told the Chicago Tribune. "Most of all you're going to see a real consistent guy that does his job. You're going to really enjoy the way he plays the game now because he's going to play it with confidence."

“His athleticism allows him to pressure the quarterback,” Emery said. “We want to put him in position where he can make more plays overall.”
McClellin has 6.5 sacks in 28 games.
