Fantasy Analysis
With the Packers already locking up home-field advantage throughout the playoffs, there was no reason to risk possible further injury to Woodson. He should remain reserved in all IDP formats for Week 17. Consider him a high-end Fantasy option when on the field. (Updated 01/01/2012).
Can Charles Woodson do it again? A year after nailing down defensive player of the year honors, Woodson had a career-high 92 total tackles and career-best five forced fumbles and notched multiple sacks and double-digit passes defensed for the third year in a row in 2010. He also scored a touchdown for the fifth season in a row. Woodson broke his collarbone in Super Bowl XLV but should be fine for the 2011 season. Fantasy owners should count on Woodson to be just fine for their lineups as he hasn't been a disappointment for a while. Expect Woodson to last until the middle rounds on Draft Day. (Updated 5/2/11)
