Winfield lands in Seattle : Free agent cornerback Antoine Winfield signed a one-year contract with the Seahawks, the team announced Saturday. Winfield, who was released by Minnesota back in March, finished with 101 tackles -- 72 solo -- and three interceptions with the Vikings last season.

| Fantasy Analysis |
Winfield is one of the better tackling corners in the league as he has amassed 90-plus stops in three of his last five seasons. He has also racked up six sacks and nine interceptions over that span and has shown no signs of slowing down despite being 35. Consider the veteran a viable low-end option in most IDP formats heading into the 2013 campaign.
