(10/6/13) Rams cornerback Cortland Finnegan and defensive end William Hayes, who were both considered doubtful for Sunday's Week 5 contest against the Jaguars, are both inactive for the game, as expected. Finnegan has been dealing with a thigh injury, and was unable to practice all week. Hayes also missed practice all week due to a knee injury.
