| Jenkins returns another for a TD |
by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer (12/23/12) Rams rookie defensive back Janoris Jenkins intercepted a pass in the second quarter Week 16 at Tampa Bay and returned it 41 yards for a touchdown. It was his fourth interception of the season, but more notably, it was the third he returned for a touchdown, tying him with Ronnie Lott and Lem Barney for the most ever by a rookie. Jenkins also had six tackles, all solo, in the contest.

| Janoris Jenkins did a nice job as a rookie in 2012, and he will look to build on that performance this season. Last year, Jenkins had four interceptions and four defensive touchdowns, which led the Rams. He also added 73 total tackles (64 solo) and one fumble recovery. It's hard to trust cornerbacks in most IDP leagues, but Jenkins looks like a playmaker. He's worth a late-round pick in IDP formats this year. (Updated 4/26/13) |
