| Taylor lands on injured reserve |

(12/26/12) The Chargers signed defensive backs Sean Cattouse and Gregory Gatson off the practice squad in preparation for the Week 17 game against Oakland. San Diego placed Aubrayo Franklin and Brandon Taylor on injured reserve to make room. Franklin has a knee injury and Taylor is also dealing with an injury to his knee.

Chargers Notebook: Team has no selections for Pro Bowl
Chargers players who want to spend the last week of January in Hawaii will have to do it on their own dime. The 2013 Pro Bowl roster was announced on Wednesday and it included no Bolts.

Postgame analysis: Chargers 27, Jets 17
In their last home game of the season, the Jets hoped to come out with a win and give themselves a chance to at least get to .500 on the season. However, they ended up losing to the Chargers 27-14 at MetLife Stadium. Both teams now go to 6-9.
