| Bills draft DT Troup |
| (4/27/10) The Bills drafted DT Torell Troup in the second round of the NFL Draft at No. 41 overall. Troup is a 6-foot-2, 314-pound nose tackle who is expected to work in a rotation with veteran Kyle Williams. The Sports Xchange reports Troup played in a two-gap system at Central Florida but is a prototypical nose tackle in a 3-4 scheme, which Buffalo is converting to. "I have no problem with that," Troup said. "I'm not a selfish player and to play nose tackle, you can't be. I feel like I can do all the things they ask of me." |
