|Four of seven on Ravens inactive list are healthy scratches |
|by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com|
(11/3/13) Ravens starting guard Kelechi Osemele, who is out for the year with a back injury, is one of three injured players on the inactive list released by the Ravens for the game Sunday in Cleveland. The others are center Ryan Jensen (foot) and wide receiver Brandon Stokley (thigh).
The rest of the inactives are running back Bernard Scott, linebacker John Simon, safety Brynden Trawick and defensive end DeAngelo Tyson.
|Ravens add Thompson, Jackson, Tyson |
|(5/4/12) In addition to drafting outside linebacker Courtney Upshaw, the Ravens spent three other picks on their defense in the draft. They took South Carolina State safety Christian Thompson, Cal Poly cornerback Asa Jackson and Georgia defensive tackle DeAngelo Tyson. Thompson is a former Auburn defensive back with good coverage ability and some long-term potential. Jackson is a speedy cornerback who plays tougher than his size suggests but needs some experience. Tyson is a big body expected to eventually help cram the run. |
