Mohamed Sanu throws touchdown in Week 3 win
by R.J. White | CBSSports.com
(9/21/14) Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu caught five of his eight targets for 44 yards Sunday, but his big impact came on an 18-yard touchdown pass to starting quarterback Andy Dalton in his team's 33-7 Week 3 win over the Titans.

Sanu took a pitch from Dalton during the first quarter and ran right on an apparent sweep before turning around and floating a pass to the quarterback, who made a tough reception after the only defender on that side of the field whiffed on an interception/tackle attempt and took it to the house. Sanu has completed all four of his pass attempts in his three-year career, throwing for 166 yards and two touchdowns. He'll travel to New England to face the Patriots after the Bengals' Week 4 bye.

Mohamed Sanu throws a long one, catches another
by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer
(9/14/14) With star wide receiver A.J. Green out for all but the Bengals' first drive of the game Week 2 against the Falcons, Mohamed Sanu took over the highlight reel -- or at least stole a couple frames from running back Giovani Bernard.

His biggest play was a 76-yard catch-and-run when quarterback Andy Dalton found him over the middle on an all-out blitz by the Falcons defense early in the second quarter. It was his first touchdown of the season and one of the Bengals' three on the day. He made his other big play with his arm, taking a pitch from Dalton late in the first quarter and chucking the ball 50 yards downfield to Brandon Tate.

Most of the Bengals' passing game went through Bernard, preventing any wide receiver from getting the majority of the looks, but Sanu led the way in yardage with 84 on three catches. He had four targets.

He'll look to further distinguish himself Week 3 against the Titans.

Mohamed Sanu makes little impact in opener
by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com
(9/7/14) Bengals receiver Mohamed Sanu failed to make much of an impact in Week 1 against the Ravens Sunday, a 23-16 win.

Sanu hauled in four of the five passes thrown his way in the game, but managed to rack up just 36 yards in the game. He will hope for a better outcome when the Bengals take on the Falcons in Week 2.

Mohamed Sanu a gamble in opener
by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com
(9/4/14) Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu enters his third season with the biggest expectations of his career, and the breakout candidate will look to get started on the right foot in Week 1 against the Ravens.

Sanu has the skills to be a big-play threat, but the 25-year-old averaged just a career-high 9.7 yards per catch a year ago. The Ravens held him entirely in check in two games a year ago, as he managed just four receptions for 38 yards. The Ravens were just middle of the pack at stopping opposing wide receivers last year, and most of the Bengals' offensive focus in those two games went toward A.J. Green rather than Sanu or the other secondary receivers.

Sanu had seven receptions for 126 yards in the preseason, a glimpse of the kind of big-play potential he has. Given his lack of overall track record, however, Sanu is a risky play for Week 1, but he makes sense as a high-upside roll-of-the-dice in deeper leagues.

Mohamed Sanu making big plays in third preseason game
by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(8/24/14) Mohamed Sanu was one of the lone bright spots for the Bengals Sunday against the Cardinals in preseason action. Sanu made five catches -- all for 10-plus yards.

His first grab came for a gain of 18 yards on the second drive of the night. He was targeted seven times and finished with five catches for 70 yards. He has compiled 126 receiving yards this preseason.
