Shorts cleared for activities: The Florida Times-Union reports Friday that Jaguars receiver Cecil Shorts has been cleared for football activities. Shorts was placed on injured reserve following a concussion suffered in Week 16. It was his second concussion of the season.

Fantasy Analysis
Shorts had a career year in 2012 with 55 catches for 979 yards and seven touchdowns. He has the chance to be a solid Fantasy option in 2013, which will be his third year in the NFL. Keep an eye on what happens with Shorts this offseason, and hopefully he can avoid any setbacks with the concussions. We consider Shorts a low-end No. 2/high-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver heading into Draft Day.
