Dunbar, Tanner take hit with Jones active: Cowboys running backs Lance Dunbar and Phillip Tanner will see their roles greatly reduced on Thursday, as Felix Jones -- who had been battling a knee injury all week -- was declared active for the Thanksgiving game against Washington.

Fantasy Analysis
Dunbar and Tanner were splitting first team carries this week, so their value was iffy to begin with. And Washington has been pretty solid against running backs this season, allowing just 80.2 rushing yards and 30.2 receiving yards per game. In Fantasy terms, Washington was allowing 15.6 Fantasy points per game to opposing RBs, putting them right in the middle of the pack. Owners of Tanner and Dunbar should hold on to the players through the game, as an aggravation of Jones' injury could thrust them back into larger roles. But if Jones makes it through unscathed, they can be dropped.
