by Larry Hartstein | CBSSports.com (12/11/13) The Ravens DST has gone two straight games without a sack entering Monday night's game in Detroit. Baltimore needs defensive end Elvis Dumervil (9 1/2 sacks), who has a chance to return from the ankle injury that sidelined him Week 14.
Baltimore posted double-digit Fantasy points last week thanks to Jacoby Jones' 77-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. In Week 15, the Ravens face a Lions team that's committed 15 turnovers the past four weeks, giving up double-digit Fantasy points each time. But quarterback Matthew Stafford won't have the same ballhandling problems he faced in snowy Philadelphia.
Even with all those turnovers, Detroit gives up the 11th-fewest Fantasy points (8.9 per game) to opposing DSTs. The Ravens DST averages 7.7 Fantasy points in road games this year. Consider the unit a borderline play Week 15.

Ravens survive Vikings' fourth-quarter surge
by Michael Hurcomb | CBSSports.com (12/8/13) The Vikings and Ravens were mired in quite the defensive battle Week 14, as both teams tried to get their footing amid heavy snowfall. But the end of the game turned into quite an entertaining back-and-forth affair, as there was five lead changes in the final 2:05.
The Vikings held Baltimore to one touchdown through three quarters and Baltimore held Minnesota to two field goals in three quarters. Minnesota didn't get its first touchdown until early in the fourth quarter, and Baltimore didn't get its second touchdown until there was 2:05 remaining on a 1-yard catch from Dennis Pitta.
The Vikings then reclaimed the lead at 19-15 after Toby Gerhart scored on a 41-yard touchdown run with 1:27 left. Immediately after Gerhart's touchdown, Jacoby Jones returned the ensuing kickoff 77 yards for a touchdown, putting Baltimore ahead 22-19.
The fun didn't stop there. Cordarrelle Patterson put Minnesota back ahead 26-22 with 45 seconds remaining after taking a reception 79 yards for a touchdown. The Vikings defense needed to make just one more stand to come away with the win, but it could not. Marlon Brown tallied a 9-yard touchdown with 4 seconds remaining, as Baltimore secured a 29-26 win.
The Vikings, who lost running back Adrian Peterson to a foot injury in the second quarter, finished with 379 yards, including 114 rushing. Baltimore recovered one fumble and surprisingly had no sacks. Baltimore is back in action Week 15 at Detroit.
