Saints DST a Fantasy disaster Sunday against Browns
by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com (9/14/14) The Saints DST turned out to be a terrible Fantasy play Sunday in Cleveland. They yielded 26 points and 318 yards, forced no turnovers and managed one sack. The New Orleans special teams scored no touchdowns.
They will try to do better next Sunday against the visiting Vikings.
Saints defense blasted by Falcons
by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer (9/7/14) As much as the Falcons defense was expected to struggle against the Saints in Week 1, the Saints defense struggled even more on the road against the Falcons, allowing 37 points on a whopping 568 yards.
The Saints recorded just one sack (Tyrunn Walker) and one turnover, a fumble recovered by Corey White. They looked like they had improved defensively last season, only twice allowing even 400 yards. They'll look to bounce back Week 2 at Cleveland.
Corey White has fine first game

Jairus Byrd makes impact in first game with Saints
by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer (9/7/14) Defensive back Jairus Byrd, who is beginning his first year with the Saints after spending the last five with the Bills, made his presence known Week 1 at Atlanta, stripping the ball from wide receiver Julio Jones late in the first quarter. Teammate Corey White recovered the fumble. Byrd also had five tackles, all solo.
