12/20/2011 12:51 Waiver Wire: Moore in store for Week 16?
Willing to take a chance at quarterback in Week 16? Our Jamey Eisenberg explains why Matt Moore could be a great one-week addition to your roster in his latest Playing the Waiver Wire.
Andre Carter is a free agent this offseason, and he will look for work after spending one year with the Patriots in 2011. Carter ended the season on injured reserve and missed the final two games of the regular season and the playoffs with a quad injury, but he had 10 sacks and 51 total tackles (30 solo). Those are quality stats for defensive lineman, and we hope he signs somewhere this year. He is getting up in age at 33, but he can still be a situational pass rusher. If he signs with a team where he can get quality playing time then he would be worth a late-round pick in IDP leagues. (Updated 4/25/12)
