Browns ink DE Parker: The Browns helped their pass rush with the addition of defensive end Juqua Parker. General manager Tom Heckert and coach Pat Shurmur are familiar with Parker, an accomplished pass rusher who played with Philadelphia since 2005 and was a starter from 2008 through 2010.
