Parker has quietly established himself as a solid pass rusher for Cleveland and has collected 2.5 sacks through nine games this season. That total is good for second on the team behind only star linebacker D'Qwell Jackson (three). The veteran has lost a step since his glorious tenure with the Eagles, but is still worth tracking in deeper Fantasy IDP formats.
