Hope not yet back as starter: Even though Chris Hope will play his second straight game Week 11 at Atlanta in his return from a forearm injury, he will continue to come off the bench in favor of Jordan Babineaux, who has thrived in his absence this season. “We’ll have Jordan out there with the first group.
