Sims doesn't stay long: Seattle released DT Ryan Sims on Saturday, ending his brief stay with the team, according to the Seattle Times. Sims reached an agreement with the Seahawks in late July, but was expendable when the team also signed DT David Howard on Saturday. (Updated 08/20/2011)
