Williams has taken a media job to cover the University of Oklahoma as opposed to signing with an NFL team to play in 2011, reports NewsOK.com. “My body is telling me that I am making the right moves, but if the right offer came along I guess I’d have to think about [playing again],” Williams said. Williams was one of the premiere defensive backs in the game in his first handful of pro seasons, but he quickly fell into mediocrity toward the end of his tenure in Dallas before playing middle-of-the-road ball in Cincinnati for the last two years. Williams missed some time with injury of late as well, so the reported offer from a West Coast team did not feel right for the 31-year-old.
