Bills add four to defense: The Bills spent their first pick in the 2012 NFL Draft on cornerback Stephon Gilmore, giving them a set of fresh legs to help against opposing offenses. Gilmore's got great size and should be at least a nickelback to start the year. The Bills rounded out their defensive draft haul with Florida State linebacker Nigel Bradham, LSU cornerback Ron Brooks and TCU linebacker Tank Carder. (Updated 05/04/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Only Gilmore should see regular playing time this season -- in the wake of his arrival, the Bills released veteran Drayton Florence. The bottom line is that the Bills did a great job this offseason addressing their pass rush with Mario Williams and Mark Anderson while keeping most of their secondary in tact. They added good depth at linebacker and cornerback in the draft. With their defense on the rise and the Jets and Dolphins starting to fade in the division, the time's right to spend a late pick on the Bills DST in standard drafts. (Updated 05/04/2012).
