Lewis not intending to retire: Baltimore LB Ray Lewis said he has no plans to retire following the Ravens' loss to New England in the AFC Championship game on Sunday. Lewis, 36, recorded 96 tackles and two sacks during his 16th NFL season. "Is this my last time as a Raven? Absolutely not," Lewis told the Carrol County Times on Sunday. "Let me answer that question before somebody asks me. Absolutely not. It's just too much, man." (Updated 01/24/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Lewis missed four games this year with a toe injury -- the first time he did not play an entire campaign in the past four seasons. Still, he was able to top 90 tackles as the lost time hurt his chances to reach the century mark for the sixth consecutive season. If Lewis does indeed return, he will continue to serve as a solid option in the majority of Fantasy IDP formats for the 2012 season. (Updated 01/24/2012).
Ray Lewis is getting older, but he's still incredibly productive. In his 15th season, Lewis totaled 102 solo tackles with two sacks, four pass defenses and three fumble recoveries, with a pair of interceptions and a touchdown. Eventually, his productivity will decline, but that still might be a year or two away. He finished 2010 as a No. 1 Fantasy linebacker, but it's best to draft him as a top-end No. 2 Fantasy linebacker with obvious potential. He's worth a mid-round pick in all IDP leagues -- if someone takes him before then, so be it. (Updated 5/2/11)
