(3/16/13) Less than a week after being released by the Chargers, defensive lineman Antonio Garay agreed to a one-year deal with the Jets on Friday, ESPN.com reports. Garay, who spent time on New York's practice squad earlier in his career, spent the past three-plus season with San Diego.
