Palmer does little vs. Browns: Bengals QB Carson Palmer was held to just 110 passing yards in Week 12 against Cleveland. He completed 13 of 24 passes, including a 4-yard touchdown pass to TE J.P. Foschi.

Fantasy Analysis

Palmer was not ineffective in Week 6, but the Bengals simply chose to run the ball down Cleveland's throat for the entire game. They ran for 200-plus yards in a 16-7 game and Palmer was not called upon to do much passing. However, Palmer has thrown just two touchdowns in his last four games as the Bengals become more of a running team. Consider Palmer a good candidate for bigger numbers in Week 13 against Detroit's weak pass defense.
