(11/15/13) The Seahawks' injury report for Week 11 against the Vikings features a lengthy list of defensive players, the vast majority of whom are expected to play through their injuries. Of the 11 defenders on the injury report, all but two are considered probable for Sunday's game.
The probables for Week 11 include: Defensive linemen Jordan Hill (biceps), Chris Clemons (not injury related), Tony McDaniel (hamstring) and Bruce Irvin (shoulder); defensive backs Jeremy Lane (thigh), Richard Sherman (hip), Kam Chancellor (hip) and Jeron Johnson (hamstring); and linebacker Heath Farwell (knee). All players were able to practice Friday and should be able to play.

(11/10/13) Seahawks defensive lineman Chris Clemons, who missed practice earlier in the week with a non-injury related issue, is active for Week 10 at Atlanta.
Clemons has no sacks in his last two games after recording 3 1/2 in his previous four.

|Dolphin defenders nearing green light for Sunday game |

(10/25/13) Five of the finest Dolphins defensive players are all but certain to suit up Sunday at New England. They are listed as probable with various ailments.
Included are tackle Paul Soliai (knee), safety Chris Clemons (glute) and linebackers Jonathan Freeny (shoulder), Koa Misi (shoulder) and Dannell Ellerbe (knee).
Also probable is cornerback Nolan Carroll (ankle). Defensive end Cameron Wake (knee) and linebacker Jason Trusnik (rib) are questionable.
|Chris Clemons will have to come back from a torn ACL suffered in the wild-card game victory over the Redskins last year. Before getting hurt, Clemons was showing he was again among the best pass rushers in the NFL. He had 11.5 sacks in 2012 with 40 total tackles (31 solo), and he has at least 11 sacks in each of the past three years. If Clemons can be ready for Week 1 then he remains a must-start defensive lineman in IDP leagues, and he's worth a mid-round pick. But if he's slow in his recovery and not ready for the start of the season then he should not be drafted in most formats, and instead will be someone to monitor for a waiver-wire addition.
