Cooper lands on IR for Chargers: Chargers LB Stephen Cooper (bicep) was placed on the season-ending IR list on Tuesday, according to the Chargers’ media relations director. Linebacker Gerald Hayes, an eight year veteran (2003-2010, Cardinals), was signed in his place. Hayes was at the team’s facility on Tuesday.
