Titans CB Cortland Finnegan is one of the rare cornerbacks who puts up good enough stats for Fantasy use. It's thanks to his physical nature that he totaled 100 total tackles with two interceptions (including one returned for a touchdown) and nine passes defensed last year. He's always brought plenty of tackles to the proverbial table and should be counted on for more pass breakups in 2011, especially since he's entering a contract year. Look his way with a middle- to late-round pick in drafts and slot him in as a No. 2 Fantasy DB. (Updated 5/2/11)
