Finnegan active for season finale: St. Louis defensive back Cortland Finnegan is active and starting in the Week 17 season finale at Seattle. Finnegan was not listed among the team's inactives Sunday despite dealing with a nagging thigh issue. Finnegan has yet to miss any playing time this season for the Rams.

| Fantasy Analysis |
Finnegan struggled his last time out and registered just three tackles. That said, he's healthy now for the Week 17 finale and looking to make a statement in the final game. Finnegan has 97 tackles and three interceptions on the year and is three tackles shy of his second 100-tackles campaign in his career. Consider him as a decent option in most Fantasy formats.

| Cortland Finnegan followed Jeff Fisher to St. Louis, and the cornerback ended up having a career year. Finnegan, who played for Fisher in Tennessee, set a career high with 101 total tackles (83 solo). He also added three interceptions, one defensive touchdown and one sack. Finnegan should continue to post solid stats this year, and we consider him a solid option in all IDP leagues. He is worth drafting with a mid-round pick. (Updated 4/26/13) |
