by Dave Richard \| Senior Fantasy Writer (3/13/13) Quentin Groves has reached an agreement with the Browns, ESPN reports. Groves spent last season with the Cardinals, notching a career-high four sacks. He's reunited with defensive coordinator Ray Horton, who coached him in Arizona.
