David Harris will return to the Jets in 2011 after they used the franchise tag on him, which is good for his Fantasy value. Harris has at least 82 total tackles and three sacks in three of four years. He should be considered a solid No. 2 LB in all IDP leagues, and we would draft Harris with a mid-round pick in IDP formats this summer. (Updated 5/4/11)
