Fantasy Analysis
Despite the modest drop in tackles on Saturday, Howard is approaching the 100-tackle mark for the second time in his career. He now has 94 stops and could come close to reaching the total in the final game of the year. Consider him a low-end option in Fantasy IDP formats. (Updated 12/24/2011).
04/07/2012 11:49 Draft team needs: New York Jets
Rex Ryan says the Jets will be different this year. Less drama, more production from Mark Sanchez and more ground-and-pound. But Clark Judge says Tim Tebow isn't exactly the backfield performer New York needs.
04/06/2012 09:03 Draft team needs: Cincinnati Bengals
QB Andy Dalton and WR A.J. Green promise an even more potent one-two punch for the Bengals in their sophomore season. But Clark Judge says Cincinnati has to find a solid No. 2 wideout to compete in the AFC North.
Thomas Howard led the Bengals in tackles last season with 99, adding a sack, four passes defensed and two forced fumbles. It's the most tackles he's had since his rookie year in Oakland, and playing time shouldn't be an issue for him. Consider Howard a good reserve Fantasy linebacker worth a late pick. (Updated 4/19/12)
