Thomas Howard led the Bengals in tackles last season with 99, adding a sack, four passes defensed and two forced fumbles. It's the most tackles he's had since his rookie year in Oakland, and playing time shouldn't be an issue for him. Consider Howard a good reserve Fantasy linebacker worth a late pick.
