Laws says he's going to St. Louis: Defensive tackle Trevor Laws tweeted Wednesday night that he has agreed to a deal with the Rams. Laws, 26, had 20 tackles and a sack in a reserve role for the Eagles last season. He's a former second-round pick in 2008.
